Nurses and Nurse Managers

Licensed Practical Nurse              
Parkchester Family Practice  
           
Requirements:          Experienced New York State Licensed Practical Nurse with Ambulatory Care, Medical/Surgical or Emergency Room experience preferred.  Bilingual Spanish preferred. 
 
Responsibilities:       Deliver quality nursing care to patients by assisting providers with diagnostic procedures and treatment regimens including performing venipuncture and administering immunizations in an ambulatory care setting as directed by the Nurse Manager. 

Licensed Practical Nurse               
Mt. Hope Family Practice
           
Requirements:          Experienced New York State Licensed Practical Nurse with Ambulatory Care, Medical/Surgical or Emergency Room experience preferred.  Bilingual Spanish preferred.
